What the service covers
Every visit follows the same protocol and is documented. This is not "adding chlorine": it is keeping the water in range and the equipment working.

Why Tulum is different
A pool in Tulum does not behave like one in a dry climate. Heat burns through chlorine, a single night of rain dilutes the chemistry, and the jungle around it drops organic matter into the water constantly. Together those three push the water out of range within days.
Out-of-range water is not just cloudy. Unbalanced pH attacks the finish, excess chlorine eats the surface and the seals, and the equipment works harder than it should. What starts as a cleaning problem ends up as a construction one.
Three times a week is the real minimum for a pool in use. That is why every plan of ours that includes a pool comes with twelve visits a month, and why we do not offer a once-a-week option: in this climate it does not hold the water, and selling it would be selling something that does not work.
A real case: house TH-5
On a routine visit we tested the pool and jacuzzi of a home in Tulum. Chlorine was far above the recommended maximum and pH was slightly high. To the eye, the water looked fine.
The excess chlorine was already attacking the Chukum finish. We removed the chlorine floater so levels could come down, vacuumed the floor, and made a decision worth explaining: we did not brush.
Brushing Chukum with stiff bristles while the chemistry is off would have stripped the finish. We logged it to be done with a soft brush on the next visit, flagged both bodies of water as not safe to use, and scheduled a follow-up for the next day.
All of it reached the client in a report that same day. That is the difference between someone who cleans pools and someone who looks after them.

Are chemicals included?
We use the chemicals kept at your home and track how much is left. Every report tells you what is worth restocking, so you only buy what is needed.
What if the water is not safe to use?
You hear it the same day, with the reason and what we are doing about it. You will never find out on your own that your pool was off.
Do you service jacuzzis and kiddie pools?
Yes. Each body of water is measured and reported separately, because the chemistry is not the same. It is quoted as an additional body of water.
What if my pool has been neglected for months?
Then it needs a recovery first: shock treatment, brushing, vacuuming and rebalancing until it is swimmable. That is the Máster SOS pool rescue, and from there a normal plan can keep it.
