One team for the whole house
Not having to coordinate three providers is not a convenience. It is the difference between knowing how your house is and finding out once it is expensive.
The problem we solve
Keeping a house in Tulum usually means a gardener who comes when he can, a pool person you have to chase, and a different plumber every time something fails. Three calendars, three quotes, and no complete picture of how your house actually is.
And if you live elsewhere part of the year, all of that gets managed over messages from another time zone, trusting that what you are told is what happened.
We do the opposite: one team, one calendar, one contact, and a written record of every visit that accumulates in your property history.
What you can verify
We are not asking you to take our word for it. Every point below is checkable from the first visit.
Registered company, real invoices
We operate as Mycelium Design and Construction S. de R.L. de C.V. and issue a Mexican tax invoice (CFDI) on every service, not an informal receipt.
Insured staff
The team entering your home is insured. If something happens, there is someone accountable.
Photo report on every visit
When we finish you get what was done, in which areas, what the water levels were, and what is pending and why. With photos.
Immediate notice when something is off
If the water is not safe to use or we spot a problem, you hear it from us that day. Never by finding out yourself.
Fixed schedule, online booking
Your visits are booked from the site and land on a real calendar. Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to six hours before.
A history that accumulates
Each property has a profile: its areas, its bodies of water and its permanent notes. The technician who arrives already knows your finish is Chukum and that it is not brushed with stiff bristles.
How we work
Protocol, not improvisation
Every visit follows the same checklist and gets recorded. That is why two different technicians deliver the same result, and why we can tell you what happened three weeks ago.
We measure before we act
Chemistry is adjusted to what the reading shows, not by routine. That is the difference between fixing a problem and creating another one.
We say no when we should
If brushing a finish while the chemistry is off would damage it, we do not brush: we log it and do it when it is safe. We would rather explain a delay than repair damage.
What we see, you hear
Failed sealant or an early leak shows up in your report even when it is not part of the service you contracted. Finding out in time saves you money.

We come from construction
El Máster Tulum is the sister company of Mycelium Building, a construction firm working across the Riviera Maya. That is not a line on a résumé: it changes the kind of diagnosis you get.
Anyone can clean a damp patch off a wall. We know what is behind that wall, how it was built and what is causing the damp — because we build houses like yours.
Same with finishes. We know why Chukum lifts, how local render behaves with this humidity, and what badly dosed chlorine does to a coating. That knowledge does not come from maintaining. It comes from building.
That is why maintenance with us is not cleaning. It is looking after a building with the judgement of the people who put it up.
